Using Build
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use Build lawfully. You may not abuse the service, bypass security or usage limits, scrape private information, impersonate others, distribute malware, or infringe another person’s rights.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant Build a non-exclusive license to host, copy, display, process, and distribute that content only as needed to operate and promote the features you choose. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload.
Payments and third parties
Creator payments and payouts are processed by Stripe and may be subject to fees, verification, refunds, disputes, and Stripe’s terms. Connected services and AI providers operate under their own terms. Build does not guarantee third-party content or generated output; review it before relying on it.
Availability and enforcement
The service is provided as available and may change. We may remove content or suspend accounts to protect users, comply with law, or enforce these terms. To the extent permitted by law, Build is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
